SAI- Major Yulanda Glutz
Major Glutz began with the Houston Independent School District and the United States Army Cadet Command on 2 September 2009 where she serves as a JROTC Senior Army Instructor, Cesar Chavez High School, Houston, TX.
Major Glutz is a graduate of Abilene Christian University where she was commissioned as a Regular Army Chemical Officer. As a chemical officer, she served in various assignments such as Battalion Chemical Officer, 121st Signal Battalion, Decontamination Platoon Leader and Executive Officer, 12th Chemical Company, Fort Riley, KS; Battalion S4, Fort McClellan, AL; Brigade Chemical Officer, Republic of Korea; Corps Chemical Logistician, USAG Company Commander, Fort Bragg, NC; United States Army Test and Evaluation Command, Chemical Evaluation Officer and Secretary General Staff, Alexandria, VA; Center of Military History Intern, District of Columbia, Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), Chemical Intelligence Officer, Operations/ Plans Chemical Intelligence Officer, 4th Infantry Division and prior to retirement she served as a Chemical Intelligence Officer, III Corps, Fort Hood, TX.
Major Glutz's awards and decorations include the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal (3 Oak Leaf Clusters), Army Commendation Medal (5 Oak Leaf Clusters), Joint Service Achievement Medal, Army Achievement Medal (2 Oak Leaf Clusters), Joint Meritorious Unit Award, Army Superior Unit Award, National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Korean Defense Service medal, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon and Parachutist's Badge.
Major Glutz was born in Bessemer, Alabama, but spent the majority of her life in Texas. Her hobbies and interests include singing and entertaining friends.

Army Instructor- Jesse T. Creal II
SFC Creal is resident of Texas. He was born in El Paso, Texas.
While at Redstone SFC Creal was awarded a Certificate of Achievement for winning first place as company guidon bearer at the Battalion Military Stakes competition, the Humanitarian Service Ribbon for his support to the tornado relief efforts in Alabama, and the Army Achievement Medal for serving as a memebre of the 73rd Ordanance Battalion Funeral Detail Team. Finally, upon his permant chnage in station (PCS) he was awarded the Army Commendation Medal for meritirious service.
He completed the Master Fitness course, exceedd BNCOC (711L) course standards by graduating in the top 20% of his class making the commandant's list and finally received the Army Commendation Medal for meritorious.
He served as the MEPS First Sergeant for a period of 120 days exceeding performance expectations and requirements in every facet of assigned responsibility. SFC Creal earned an Associate Degree in Arts at the University of Maryland and completed his Bachelors of Science Degree in Organizational leadership at Southern Nazarene University during his off duty time.
SFC Creal was awarded the Joint Service Achievement Medal for being selected as Western Sector USMEPCOM Soldier of the Year FY 97, and the Joint Service Commendation Medal for being selected as the USMEPCOM Soldier of the Year FY 97. He was selected to attend Drill Sergeant School and successfully completed the course and graduated in the 20% of the class making the commandant's list. Upon his return to OKC MEPS he was awarded the Defense Meritorious Medal for meritorious service.
SFC Creal was also recognized by Fort Jackson's Commanding General for best marching platoon at a Basic Training. Upon his PCS he was awarded the meritorious Service MEdal for meritorious service.
He comppleted his Master Degree in Human Relations with the University of Oklahoma during his off duty time. Upon his PCS he was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal for his meritorious service.
During his tenure SFC Creal smoothly processed and trakced several thousand actions, inquiries, and Congressional taskers.
Army Instructor- SSG Patricia Naputi




Staff Sergeant (U.S. Retired) Patricia J. Naputi assumed the position as Army Instructor at Cesar Chavez High School January 2002. Prior to her current position, SSG Naputi worked as an Army Instructor from 1994-2001 in the New Orleans, Louisiana Independent School District. During this time she was the only female instructor in Louisiana.
She has a degree in Sales and Marketing. While on active duty, SSG Naputi served in various positions, such as Motor Vehicle Operator (transportation), Administratice Specialist/ NCO, Teletype Operator, Military Police, and Army Recruiter. Her last active duty assigment she served as an Administrative Non Commissioned Officers and Military Science One Instructor at Tulane University (ROTC), New Orleans, LA.
She attended several courses on active duty: Battalion Training Management Systems Course, Primary Leadership Course, Army Recruiting Course, and the Advanced Non- commissioned Officer Course. She is currently enrolled in the University of Phoenix pursuing another degree in Business Management.
